Jaime’s event planning journey began in 2004 with the global multi-cloud computing leader, Rackspace. Her role involved extensive travel as she orchestrated a variety of internal and exclusive client events, conferences, and partner gatherings. In 2008, driven by her dedication and experience, she decided to launch her own business.

Quickly becoming a sought-after name in event coordination, she established JLen Events in 2016. Her unique educational background, holding a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Crisis Management, complements her deep understanding of logistics and team dynamics. This combination has enhanced her negotiating skills and ability to manage complex events.

She consistently delivers unique and memorable events for a diverse client list that includes notable names like USAA, Frost Bank, World Affairs Council, International Women’s Forum, Toyota, Texas Folklife Festival, and Ferrari. Her events are not only beautiful but also consistently leave a lasting impression on varied audiences.

A proud San Antonian and UTSA alumnus, Jaime enjoys life with her husband Jack, their sons Aden and Deacon, and a lively assortment of pets. An enthusiast of culinary explorations, upcycling furniture, and yoga, she also actively contributes to her community by participating in her son’s school PTO and setting a high standard for social gatherings. Always eager to capture life’s moments, she loves to share her latest photographs with friends and acquaintances around the Alamo City.
